The Annual Concert for Kids will feature legendary performer Smokey Robinson performing for one night only. The event is also being hosted by Joe Piscopo. Funds raised by the concert are distributed to local Boys & Girls Clubs throughout New Jersey.

Tickets are on sale now for legendary performer Smokey Robinson who is appearing at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark on Wednesday, October 28 at 7:30 p.m. The “Concert for Kids” will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs in New Jersey. The event will raise funds to assist Club members in reaching their full potential by providing opportunities to pursue their dreams through higher education and training.

William “Smokey” Robinson was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum in 1987 and the man Bob Dylan once called “America’s greatest living poet” received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 41st Grammy Awards. His new CD is entitled “Time Flies When You’re Having Fun” on ROBSO Records/ADA Distribution and features the musical talents of Carlos Santana, Joss Stone and India.Arie.
